After applying a blend mode, rotated objects get roughen paths

After applying a blend mode ≠ normal to a blurred object, all rotated objects in the blurred area get sharpen, roughen paths.

In the first attachment, no blending mode is applied;
In the second attachment, a multiply blend mode is applied;
The third attachment is the rendered picture by export.
