Remove Rounding Crashes

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.285)
Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

Just uninstalled and reinstalled (using Complete). Have NOT changed any Preferences.

Steps:

1. Open test file
2. Select the Rectangle Tool
3. Select the rectangle object
4. Hold Shift and click one of the Rounding Handles

Expected: Make corners sharp (per this tutorial https://inkscape.org/en/doc/tutorials/shapes/tutorial-shapes.html)

Actual: Inkscape crashes

This is a know issue that is unfortunately unresolved, see bug #1594877.
