canvas orientation flipped/rotated interferes with window resize

Bug Description
When the canvas is flipped or rotated and the window is resized, the canvas jumps around.
Steps to reproduce (flipping):
1) View > Canvas orientation > Flip ...
2) resize window
Result: While resizing, drawing origin jumps between two positions
Steps to reproduce (rotating):
1) Change angle in lower right corner spinbox
2) resize window
Result: While resizing, drawing origin rotates
