canvas orientation flipped/rotated doesn't rotate selection handles

Bug Description

When rotating or flipping the canvas, selection handles are not rotated. It's functional, but looks odd.

Steps to reproduce (flipping):
1) View > Canvas orientation > Flip ...
2) Select object

Steps to reproduce (rotating):
1) Change angle in lower right corner spinbox
2) Select object

Result:
