problem not reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

attached is the svg file I get. It contains about 60 objects. A lot of the objects appear to be invisible because the line width is very small, so you may have to zoom in to see the object.

I am try open this file on Linux Fedora.
And instead of opening this file Inkscape showing message "UniConvertor failed:"

If you are on Linux then you will probably see two entries for opening cdr files:
- Corel DRAW 7-X4 files (*.cdr)
- Corel DRAW 7-X4 files (UC) (*.cdr)

make sure that you use the one that does _not_ contain (UC), which stands for uniconvertor. The type that says 'Corel DRAW 7-X4 files (*.cdr)' is newer and is more reliable.

For unknown reasons item "Corel DRAW 7-X4 files" without (UC) is not present in my file picker window.
