Feature Suggestion - Animation Timeline UI for full SVG implementation...

Hiya,
   I'm an animator who made a previous feature request about exporting layers to png sequences. One of you responded by asking for more animation suggestions. With that in mind, I drew up a rudimentary UI design that might help get you guys thinking about how to implement a Timeline that can not only help users animate but also address the issues of interpolating velocity and the rate of change for different animated properties that I believe is necessary so you can achieve full SVG implementaion. I was thinking about a UI where a user can draw bezier curves between key frames just like they would between nodes in the standard Inkscape illustration interface.
