Bug Description

The fix for https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/263166 has brought dots (circles) to the calligraphy tool (very nice!).

At first when I tried it, and when there was just a very thin stroke (attribute), it all behaved well, although I found the dots too large (about 3 times the calligraphic stroke's width).

When I removed the stroke, the circles kept it and thus looked different in style from the calligraphic stroke.

When I made the stroke wider, the circles became huge! (the shape itself, not due to strokes, the width on the circles didn't change)

Currently, my circles are huge (about 16 times wider than the calligraphic strokes), and I don't know how to make them smaller again... A restart didn't help. Same width, or up to twice as wide would be ideal...

Thanks, Marc, will try it out soon :)

What about the style issue? Would you like another report for it, or is it fixed, too?

Okay, so the color is retained now, but the stroke width is still different. It should probably copy all styles from one tool to the other, but it doesn't.
