Bug Description

When I first installed Inkspace a couple of days ago, I could edit a document. Now, all of a sudden, I can't do editing of any kind, no text, no boxes, no stars, nothing!

I can reproduce the problem simply by opening Inkspace up and trying to edit a document.

Inkspace Ver. 0.92.2-1-x11-10.7-x86_64
Mac OS High Sierra Ver. 10.13.6

I tried to remedy the situation by restarting my iMac, uninstalling Inkspace and reinstalling and restarting the iMac again after reinstallation.

I just figured out that it was my trackball and my mouse that Inkspace does not like. It works when I use my Wacom tablet!!!

I don't have as much control with my pen and tablet as I do with the trackball but I will figure out how to make it work with the pen and tablet.

I guess you can mark this issue as solved; at least partly. I would like to be able to edit with my mouse or my trackball as well as my tablet. That is still a bug that needs to be worked out.
