There seems to be a problem with the download link for the latest version of MacOSX

There is no download available for 0.92.3 for Mac. The lastest Mac version is 0.92.2.

If you click on the link for 0.92.2, you should get this page: https://inkscape.org/release/0.92.2/mac-os-x/

Unfortunately, I can't decipher your screenshot. Which link did you click, which did not work?

The website says that the last version with a macOS DMG is 0.92.2, so doesn't look like this is applicable.
