Missing theme icon 'image-missing' causes crash at startup

I'm using inkscape-trunk from the ubuntu ppa, --version reports "Inkscape 0.92+devel (unknown)"

Stdout shows a few warnings and this message:

(There are a few similar icon not present messages in the log)

Subscribing Jabier as I suspect this is due to the latest code changes regarding themeing.

the output is the same as in comment 3

- on Windows 10, testing Inkscape 0.92+devel (ff7515f, 2018-08-01)
- the icons are back again as normal. I just get the following messages:

Should this be fixed? With the Ubuntu PPA, (version 1:0.92.0+devel+201808211851~ubuntu18.04.1) I still get the crash at startup.
