Bug Description

Solarized is a popular color palette, by Ethan Schoonover, that is optimized for retaining legibility and high-contrast on both dark and light backgrounds:

Its development repository includes a .gpl palette file, usable with both Gimp and Inkscape, under MIT license. Please consider including it in Inkscape, so users easily have access to the Solarized palette.
