Display does not refresh after some undo operations (seemingly random)

Bug Description

This one is a bit hard to track down, but after some undo operations, sometimes the display doesn't refresh, and objects vanish entirely instead of moving back to where they were before the action which was undone. Zooming the canvas forces a refresh, and the objects appear once more, but it's very annoying.

I've attached a file to help reproduce the effect.
 behind the text
1. Open attached file
2. Click and drag the blue rectangle up and drop it behind the text.
3. Ctrl+z to undo it.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until blue rectangle is not re-drawn correctly.

Result: Blue rectangle is only redrawn partially, or not at all in some instances.

I've also attaches a screenshot of what the bug looks like when it occurs.

Inkscape ver 0.92.0+devel+201807081751~ubuntu18.04.1
