inkscape crash on editing filter effects (with stacktrace)

Various symptoms, which may be the same issue:

Trying to change filter parameters and save, it says there are no changes to be saved. Reverting the image to saved version then loses the changes, even after telling it to save.

If changing the filter effects region by typing a number, and not pressing enter, and clicking on another filter, it then changes the filter effects region for the wrong filter.

If typing a number equal to what was in the box (typing ".5" when the box says "0.5000") and clicking on the other filter, the other filter doesn't get changed, though.

If changing any filter setting except the filter effects region and clicking on a different filter or different part of the filter, nothing seems to change (except maybe for random memory corruption?).

Changing filter stuff randomly and changing randomly between filters and filter effects, it crashed again eventually. Can't reproduce reliably, but managed to reproduce a second time while running in gdb, after a while.
