Bug Description

Using the -DENABLE_BINRELOC=ON CMake build-time option results in the inkscape.desktop file containing

Icon=${SNAP}/share/inkscape/branding/inkscape.svg

instead of

Icon=inkscape

-DENABLE_BINRELOC=ON is not specific to Snappy but merely should make Inkscape relocatable in the filesystem, hence it should not result in the build hardcoding Snappy specific strings.
