UI shape is reset at every start

Bug Description

Hello,

This is more of a suggestion than a bug.

Every time I start Inkscape, I have to resize/reshape the UI menus on the right (Layers, etc.). Especially for Layers, the default view is small and I need to enlarge it. Would it be possible to keep trace of the state for next start?

I am running Inkscape 0.91 r13725 on ubuntu 16.04.
