pointer does not change after deleting a guide

Bug Description

Hi Friends,
I see this in Inkscape 0.92.3 (7z package) Windows 7, 64-bit. I searched, but did not find a similar report.

When deleting a guide by dragging it off the canvas, the mouse pointer does not change from "finger" back to either Selection pointer (white arrow) or Node pointer (black arrow head), when the mouse comes back on the canvas.

Dragging the mouse over another guide causes it to switch back to the correct pointer. Or enabling a different tool causes it to change to the new tool's pointer. Or dragging out another guide brings the correct pointer as well.

It's not a huge problem, of course. But I thought should be reported.

I see this in a new blank document, so I don't think you should need a test file. But let me know if you need anything else. I could make a video, if you need it.

Thank you very much!
