Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11) crash on open existing svg previous versions

any previous version svg files cause a inkscape crash and close application, i'm using fedora 28 and Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11) in the forums and the notes on new version indicate this error solved, but not its true...i can't work my files .

here is the result I get when I save this file. Could you try opening this to see if it makes a difference?

there have been a number of issues reported recently with respect to Fedora and text, perhaps this is related?
