Bug Description
From version 0.92.2 onward Inkscape has a bug when a 'Polski Międzynarodowy' keyboard scheme for Windows 10 64-bit is installed on a computer.
This keyboard scheme has a feature of entering greek letter characters with a key sequence: 1) press RightAlt+g; 2) press a letter with or without Shift key pressed. This does not cause any problems when using other programs. Inkscape behaves as if it was detecting RightAlt being pressed every time when 'g' is being pressed. This in effect causes inability to enter 'g' character when editing text and entering unwanted greek letter characters.
The group of people touched with this problem is probably very small and consists only of people using Polish language. It is although possible that other problems with text input might emerge.
