Some EMF images are placed weirdly when opening

When opening certain EMF files, they are placed partially outside of the canvas/page. Additionally, the canvas/page is much larger than the image and there is plenty of empty space.

An example file is attached.

Tested on Linux with:
Inkscape 0.92.1 (r15371)
Inkscape 0.92+devel (e88644b0f3)

Similar problems occur with Libreoffice as well but not with Microsoft software.
