Rotate Duplicate/ Mirror Symmetry added functionality feature request

I would like for those live path effect to autoupdate themselves whenever new objects are added. Kind of how Krita can add more objects with a clone layer+transform mask. This would make symmetry work so much easier. Sometimes, I have a group with a layer in it with the intention of adding object, and I do wish those live path effects adds the added changes to it, and symmetry will be applied to the other side.
