Bug Description
XPS is a document file format with similar goals as PDF. Support for XPS files in Inkscape would be useful.

XPS, OpenXPS or Open XML Paper Specification is an open specification from Microsoft based on Extended Application Markup Language (XAML) and Open Packaging Convention (OPC). There are two versions of the standard with extensions `.xps` and `.oxps`.
Inkscape appears to have support for XAML and OPC (a zip archive with XML files) in `.vsdx` and `.vsdm` importers (Visio 2013).
