In Filters menu, if Live Preview is enabled then the selected filter is applied every time the setup changes. Cancel button does not undo.

In some cases, if I try to apply a filter, i.e. Drop Shadow, if Live preview option is enabled, the selected filter is applied every time I make an adjustment, not only when Apply is selected.

This does not occur always, but once it starts happening, it always will in the same document.

I've noticed it to happen with objects originated from a preset shape tool, e.g Rectangle or Ellipse tool, even if they are transformed to a Path, NOT happening instead if objects are created by the Pen/Bezier or Freehand tool.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Inkscape and create a new (blank) file.
2) Select the Rectangle ("Create rectangles and squares (F4)" tool
3) Pick desired fill color (i.e. Blue) and draw a shap into the page.
4) Select menu 'Filters -> Shadows and glows -> Drop Shadow' option and enable (put a tick symbol on) the "Live preview" checkbox.
5) Make an adjustment to any parameter (i.e. Vertical offset) => THE FILTER IS APPLIED.
6) Make an adjustment to any parameter (i.e. Horizontal offset) => THE FILTER IS APPLIED again.
7) Disable the Live preview option => nothing changes: the filter remains applied.
8) re-enable Live preview => THE FILTER IS APPLIED again.
9) Click the Close button => nothing changes: the filter still remains applied.

In the attached file, I've drawn several sample shapes:
- The blue rectangle and green circle came from Rectangle and Circle tools, and show the bug.
- The red rectangle is a Path, generated (Path -> Object to Path) from a rectangle I previously traced with the Rectangle tool, and also shows the bug.
- The yellow and orange shapes are generated with Pen/Bezier and Freehand tools respectively and are not affected by the issue.
