Bug Description

- running Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel (0beb22f, 2017-12-29)
- start Inkscape with default settings, document units = mm
- create a rectangle 100 mm wide, as in attached svg file

- save it as xaml file, attached here (used Silverlight option)

- reload the xaml file and note the rectangle width is now 100px instead of 100mm.

the xaml file does not appear to contain any information in it concerning document units. Therefore it will probably be necessary for the xaml output routine to do a conversion from mm into some standard unit like px before exporting.
