Open Recent menu item is always blank

Bug Description

I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 on Debian 9.3
This seems to be a new bug. I've never had any issues with other versions.
It's not a big deal, just kind of annoying. I use Inkscape daily, and I'd like to know how to resolve this issue if possible. Thanks.

I'd check the Interface page of the Preferences dialog to ensure there is a number >0, in the MRU maximum selector.
