Bug Description

Some SVGs are not being displayed correctly nor being exported correctly. I attached an example SVG as well as the PNG exported with Inkscaped and the expected result exported with other tool.

If I ungroup the elements I can the see that the missing elements in the PNG are shown, but they are behind a black polygon.

I tested in different versions of Inkscape:

Inkscape 0.48.5 r10040 running on Debian GNU/Linux 8.9 (jessie)
Inkscape 0.91 r13725 running on Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia
Inkscape 0.92.1 running on Debian GNU/Linux 9.3 (stretch)

I'm unable to replicate this issue in Inkscape 1.1-dev (12e2a09, 2020-02-19), Windows 10. Inkscape renders the file identically to the "expected.png" file.

Please reopen on http://inkscape.org/report if the problem occurs again.
