Bug Description
Inkscape fails to refresh the pattern graphic created by Object > Pattern > Objects to Pattern on a linked-in bitmap graphic.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Link in a graphic
2.Object > Pattern > Objects to Pattern
3.Save
4.Move source file and linked graphic to another folder on the system.
5.Re-open
Result:
Inkscape loads the "Linked Image Not Found" graphic when the file opens, then finds the correct bitmap, but fails to update the pattern.
