Setting SVG output preferences to remove non-useful style clobbers "none" strokes

Bug Description
Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), Win8.1 64bit.
With the SVG output preferences settings to remove non-useful style properties, "none" cannot be selected in the stroke styles; but instead "unset" is substituted.
This can interfere with setting an original path before tile-cloning... no stroke is desired on the tiled clones, but the substitution of "unset" for 'none" forces the clones to be generated with strokes.
Steps to reproduce:
Set SVG output preferences to remove non-useful style properties.
Set SVG output check on reading, editing and writing.
Select an object in the viewport that has a stroke.
Use the palette or Fill-Stroke panel to set the stroke to "none".
Note that the status and Fill-Stroke panel will switch to "unset".
Expected behavior is that 'none' would be regarded as useful and retained.
Thanks,
TD
