PowerStroke: wrong bounding box

Bug Description

The bounding box for the powerstroked object in the attached file is calculated incorrectly. Not sure how to reproduce, it just happened when I made the video (https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1742328/+attachment/5033939/+files/powerstroke_strange_behaviour.mp4, which was intended for the next bug I'm going to report, actually).
