Bug Description
This happens in master (0.92+devel (458da60, 2018-01-08)) as well as in the released version.
When a powerstroke knot is moved, sometimes the stroke does not follow the knot to its new position, and instead jumps to a different position. This is more prominent with just one knot, and on non-smooth paths (as far as I could find).
This makes it difficult to impossible to get the stroke width that one wants in many cases.
(Actually, this is a very old issue, I've only never bothered to report)
Video: demonstrated from second 25 to 47.

Is because original path is too comlex and happends in some types of interpolation. Seems hard to fix in a high level. Need a 2Geom work.
