Bug Description

I got EPS from a quite popular https://freepik.com/ . The file is recognized as EPS though unusual:
> $ file -s 2525.eps
> 2525.eps: DOS EPS Binary File Postscript starts at byte 32 length 926689 TIFF starts at byte 926721 length 196081

Could inkscape please support it for user's sake?

could you attach the eps file here, for testing purposes?

I get the attached svg file after loading the eps file. If you are using an earlier version of Inkscape, you could try upgrading to a more recent version.

could you indicate what kind of Inkscape error message you are getting, if any?
the message you quote in the first post does not appear to be an Inkscape message.

for example, when I open the file 2525.eps in GSView, I get the attached warning, but Inkscape appears to ignore this and just loads it anyways.
