Bug Description
Inkscape 0.9.2 doesn't start in Windows 10. I.e. double clicking the app doesn't result in anything happening.
This applies to both 32 and 64 bit versions, including the installer and the standalone zip.

Could you please clarify version numbers? I assume you're referring to Inkscape 0.92.2, but it could just as well be 0.92(.0) or something completely different... Ideally just copy the full string from the about dialog.
Next steps: \inkscape" to check if the issue
1. Check if Inkscape stays active in task manager and
starts eventually (can be minutes) to rule out bug #1528629
2. Make a clean install (i.e. install Inkscape into an empty directory)
to rule out a broken installation.
If you ran the 7z version from a new folder that is enough.
3. Rename the folder "%appdata%
is caused by invalid preferences / user dada.
4. Run "inkscape.com" from command line (cmd.exe) and post
any potential output.
