repeating radial gradient not rendering

Bug Description
When a radial gradient is set to be repeating, AND there are alot of repeats, it doesn't render.
Or, more likely if the repeating portion is smaller than a certain value it fails to render.
That means it is also related to the zoom level.
Attaching an example which doesn't render at 100% but renders fine at 141% zoom level.
