Bug Description

Using a marker (e.g. arrow head) on a line or curve, and then cloning this object, or a group with one of these objects, makes the Fill+Stroke dialog window non-responsive. Some other user interface areas (e.g. main menus) are also effected.
The fill+stroke dialog no longer reflects actual values of the master (parent) line being edited, and behaves much like editing one of the cloned curves while actually editing the master.

Recovery is only possible by deleting all clones. Then the fill+stroke dialog works again and the markers can be removed.

inkscape 0.91, and 0.92.2, openSUSE Leap 42.3.

To reproduce:

Press F5, Create a line with 3 or 4 segments.
ctrl-D to duplicate the line, move it out of the way. Works fine.
alt-D to create a clone, move the clone out of the way. Works fine.
Edit master line, change line thickness, clone changes. Works fine.
Edit master, add an error head. Works, but leaves the objects unusable.
Select clone, everything in fill+stroke dialog is greayed out - expected.
Select master, fill+stroke dialog has lot so elements greyed out and nothing responds, even tab switching fill/stroke paint/stroke style doesn't react.
Delete clone, editing master works again.

This is a critical bug making inkscape unusable. Arrow heads and cloning is critical functionality.

Small file which can not be edited in inkscape.
Delete the clone (bottom right), and the master's (left) line parameters can be editied again.

Closing because I can't replicate this in current master, neither with your file nor the steps given. You can't directly change the stroke style of a group, that is expected and has nothing to do with cloning.

If you can replicate the issue in a current version of Inkscape, please file a bug against http://inkscape.org/report.
