Bug Description
When opening an SVG with a mask, the mask is not applied just like in #167358. However, Ctrl+Enter doesn't work. The mask only works when I delete the white object in the mask then do undo. After undoing, the mask is applied correctly.
Using macOS High Sierra Inkscape 0.91
