Values not updating when changing units in toolbar (e.g. width/height in rect tool)

When switching units in the toolbar the dependent values do not update.

For example:
- Draw a rectangle
- Note width/height are correct
- Change units to something else
- Note width/height do not change
  (and are therefore incorrect)
- Now try to click on a spinner
  -> Size suddenly changes

Deselecting and re-selecting the object does update the values properly

This issue only seems to affect master - Inkscape 0.92+devel (1b80d4b8a0, 2017-12-04) in my case.
In Inkscape 0.92.2 the values are properly updated.

Seems to have been solved upstream in the meantime.
