Canvas flipping: Please make available via menu

The new options for flipping the canvas horizontally/vertically/not are currently well hidden in the keyboard short cut configuration. This way, it's extremely unlikely anyone who didn't read the release notes will find that feature.

I think many people (esp. heavy users) have been asking for that feature, and it would be good to have it in plain view, even if not associated with a shortcut by default.

Please don't hide it, make it available in the View menu. Potentially also with 'reset rotation'.

(If accepted, I think the strings could use an update, too:
horizontal*ly*, vertical*ly*, reset flip, reset rotation)
