Export bitmap dialog missing info in progress bar in gtk3

Bug Description

The popup window indicating progress when exporting a bitmap image is supposed to display information on file name and export resolution in the progress bar itself.

However in gtk3 build this information is missing from the UI (see attached screenshot for the comparison between gtk2 and gtk3).

(screenshot was taken in Inkscape 0.92+devel (b071ae7561, 2017-11-25) on Windows 10 but I doubt it matters)
