Shortcuts does not work at all (Ctrl-P, Ctrl-Z) etc)

When I press Ctrl Inscape reacts in taskbar with 'Ctrl: ...' but when I press P (or anything else) nothing happens but taskbar returns to 'No objects selected...'

I assume you have a non-latin keyboard layout set-up on you system (which is probably the first layout defined in Windows' regional settings [1])?

Could you check if the following development build of 0.92.x branch works for you:

It has a fix applied which selects the first latin layout and sets up shortcuts in that (previous versions used to set-up shortcuts in the first available keyboard layout, so if that does not produce latin characters "Ctrl-P" obviously won't work)

Eduard, I also stuck with that problem on Windows 7 and 10, and today also test this behavior on VirtualBox. Yep, it happens when you choose russian laoyot when Windows install. This problem make me cry many yers.

I try your bugfix and IT'S WORK! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I hope this bugfix will be integrated in Inkscape as soon as possible.
