Bezier and pencil tool don't work form: from clipboard

I've tried to draw a path with tools Bezier and Pencil tools from the Clipboard and Bend from the clipboard and don't work.

The result of after the use the tool don't draw the path and a message say "Nothing has been deleted". And beside the object, that has been copied to clipboard (Ctrl+c), has been duplicated several times.

Only one time after unistall the program and reinstall the last version, it worked a pair of times well and afterward don't work at all.

I think it's a bug.

Please provide your inkscape version, and if posibol a SVG with the clipboard shape/item.

I've used the 0.92.2 version with Windows 10 updated to the Fall Create Update. It's posible the bug was caused by the last update the Windows 10.

The file svg only have the object copied to the clipboard (Ctrl+c) indeed. I've tried to draw a path with Bezier or Pencil Tool with form: from clipboard o Bend from the clipboard and nothing has been drawn. Besides has created two copies of the original object.

The message say " Nothing has been deleted".

The problem is yur path is a svg:rect not a svg:path. From clipboard only work with paths, not shapes and bend from clipboard work with shapes who acept LPE (svg:rects dont acept it).

To fix it we need to convert clipoard shapes to paths in ui/tools/freehand.base previously to apply it.

I think i could fix it soon.

A lot of things. I've realized that the problem it's convert the object
copied to the clipboard to paths. I've tried and work pretty well.
