Bug Description

- downloaded file inkscape-0.92+devel_2017-11-17_a137093-x86.7z (32 bit)
- on Windows XP I get the attached popup error message:

I tried copying the dwmapi.dll file from a Windows 10 machine but that did not solve the problem, just led to a different error message.

Trunk did not run on XP for quite some time now (as a matter of fact MSYS2 builds did not run on XP from the start).

Primarily this is due to gtk3 having dropped support for Windows XP, so there is nothing* we can do...

(*strictly speaking we could use an ancient version of gtk3 like the one in devlibs64 but there's not much point in this as it's riddled with bugs and also more and more libraries are dropping support for XP these days, so none of these options will offer a productively usable Inkscape build and all of them would be a nightmare to maintain)

sorry about that, I forgot about the gtk3 part. My primary interest was in getting 0.92.2 to run, as in the previous report.
