Spinbox values don't stop changing

Bug Description

Ubuntu 1604 - 0.92

In any tool with spinboxes, clicking on the up or down arrow causes the value to increase or decrease without stopping. The value then cannot be changed until I switch to another tool and then back, but then it just does the same thing.
