Bug Description
Preserve transformations causes inconsistent scale transform of stroked objects.
Tested with .91 r13725 (win xp - 32) and 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06) Windows 8.1 64 bit.
Conditions: Transform preferences set to store transforms preserved. Strokes set to not scale with transforms in preferences and in GUI.
Rectangle object with stroke transformed to scale horizontally 50% results in vertical stroke width narrowed (not expected).
Conversely, setting preferences to store transformations optimized, similar scale transform operation maintains stroke width (expected).
Demonstration here: https:/
Similar behavior observed with GUI setting to scale strokes with transforms.

I don't currently have a machine with 0.48... I'll report back when I can test.
