Bug Description
Scale transform of groups ignores stroke style width when transform preferences are set to optimized.
Tested with .91 r13725 (win xp - 32) and 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06) Windows 8.1 64 bit.
Conditions: objects with stroke inside group. Transform preferences set to store transforms optimized. Strokes set to not scale with transforms in preferences and in GUI.
Enter group and select object inside. Apply horizontal transform directly to object. Note that stroke width is maintained as expected.
Exit group and select parent group. Apply horizontal transform to group. Note that stroke width is changed, not as expected.
Note that in .92.2, an erroneous stroke style is added to group. This behavior is not seen in .91 r13725 (win xp - 32).
