Inkscape lags when I try to export from particular drawing

Bug Description

There's a drawing, apparently actually made in inkscape. When I open it and try to export single arrow, inkscape start's consuming full CPU core and does not allow me to export. The lag is not permanent, but takes a while. After it's gone, inkscape recovers completely and I can continue using it. It happens every time I try to export.

The issue seems to be related to focus on the path field in the export dialog. I don't think it happens with other drawings.

OS: Windows 7 x64
Inkscape: 0.92.1-x64

Problematic drawing is attached.

problem not reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06).

could you attach more detailed steps to reproduce?
- for example, I used the menu item File->Export PNG Image
- used the Selection tab, set resolution at 96 dpi
- got the attached png file

Ok, so I dug into this deeper. Apparently, with the automatic marker coloring feature, some sort if bug has been introduced which affects arrows in transforms. I am attaching a screenshot of ridiculously long Undo history containing 58 consecutive "Set marker color" actions and another problematic image.

I am not sure what triggers longer CPU loops, but sometimes I just have to kill inkscape completely.

I reproduced the duplicated "Set marker color" issue myself last week.

I didn't do it "on purpose", so I don't have any easy steps to reproduce (yet) but I can confirm it happens without too much effort...
