Malayalam Numerals in Inkscape Calender Extention

Hi, Today i experiment with calender extension in ink-scape (Extensions->Render->Calender) and founds nice tool for the purpose. I wish to create the calender in my native languages script. i found a localization tab in the settings and did changes in months and weeks. Is any easy way to change the Numericals ?
Wish to add Malayalam Numerals in that list.
