dxf files not importing in windows 10

MSI intel I7 16gig main memory gforce 960 3gig graphics
processor
I have tried the windows store version and the website version neither one shows imported dxf file.
I have verified dxf file by importing into several other programs with great sucess
I have tried checking layers to see if it imported into another layer no sucess
import allows file to be chosen and then nothing after ok

thanks for the file. The problem appears to be caused by the fact that the release version is quite old. The file version is given as AC1006 which is AutoCAD Release 10.
    The current dxf import routine was designed to support AutoCAD Release 13 or newer.
To try to improve the format, I loaded this dxf file into QCad 3.15 and then saved it as the attached dxf file. This file loads correctly into Inkscape. (You will need to do some manual scaling to adjust the size.)
