Save pattern

Bug Description

I would a function to save the pattern what I've created and also a
function to export/import a color palette. :)

The color palette can be exported with File>Save As>Gimp Palette (*.gpl) and then reused in any document by copying it in the "palettes" folder of your Inkscape profile.

In 1.0, a new function named "Paint servers" has been added. You can save a file to %appdata%/inkscape/paint (don't forget to set the title when saving the file) and then you can apply the pattern in a different document, using the Paint servers dialog.
