problem when opening .eps files on drive other than drive installation. It presents the following error:

But, when the .eps files are at drive C: i have don't any problem to work whith they.

my Sistem:
Windows 10 x64
Operative system installed at drive C:
Files .eps are on drive D:

Cannot replicate with Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), Win 8.1.

Even network drive opens eps without issue here.
