Ability to set dashed lines as guides

As above...
While good for some kind of drawings, non-dashed guides are just making
problems when overlapping other sraight thin lines (less then 1px width).
Dashed guides would allow hidden lines to be seen.

This might be a duplicate of bug 170813, if the guides are treated as objects I guess you could change the line style.
