Bug Description

Please add support for Open Type Font (OTP).
If it is not possible, please add converter from otp to ttf :) That would
make inkscape looks better for us, the graphic designers :)

I assume you are using Windows since OpenType fonts in Inkscape works on Linux.

This has been fixed in 0.46 by updating the pango dlls to version 1.20.0.
